LINUS.... 1-Gaymar = Thick Cream in English it is available in stores... there are even many types of creams such as Double Cream or Rich Cream, Thick Cream is one of them. If you are abroad tell me where are you and I'll try to find out where it is available. 2- This Quantity made around 12 cups so do a quarter of these measurings for you. Divide by 4 and refregerate them. I dont think liquid whip cream is the same ...i never tried that.
